Tinkering with something new, with concepts and traditional mediums that have been long untouched which meant the perfect time to re-discover them.
My work will be up alongside other fellow INKies of Ang INK for our 25th year and we will be celebrating it at Ayala Museum
We’d love for you to join us at the opening reception of our exhibit, Tinker Tales on Sept. 12, 2016, 6 PM. See you there!

Can you guess what story this has been based? 🙂

Dropped by 31st National Children’s Book Day at the Museo Pambata.
Wandered around the museum to view some really cute installations per area. Makes me want to visit them again.
Also, here to support our fellow INKies who took part for this year’s PBBY. Participants created these breath taking visuals for Genaro Gojo Cruz’s Gaano ba Kalayo Patungong Paaralan? (How Far is School?)
Fellow INKie, Jason Sto. Domingo alongside his entries was acknowledged along with Jericho Moral and grand prize winner Aaron Asis, who will have his work published. Hope you guys get a copy of this new book soon.
Anyway, here are photos of their amazing illustrations. Beautifully done by Jason, Jericho and Aaron. You can view more of them at PBBY.
By the way, the three arrived in style via this helicopter. I take it back, I’m kidding. Haha.
Ang INK also had a spot here where we had some of our artworks and crafts sold.
If you liked what you’ve seen here at Museo Pambata, you can visit them at
Roxas Boulevard corner South Drive, Manila, 1000 Metro Manila.
We also hope our posts on Philippine children’s illustrated book have taken an interest with you guys.
Have you ever read any? and what is your favorite?

Finally posted this drawing. Been blessed with the time to make do these tiny but wonderful things again which does make one happy. Apart from taking pictures & writing. 🙂
Random info: While I was about to finish this drawing, was listening to Sara Bareilles’ Cassiopeia.
Working on some pencils & acrylic lately. 🙂
